Yes! Most of our properties are available with owner financing — no credit check, no application required. Simply make a down payment to reserve the property, sign the purchase agreement, and pay monthly until paid off. The deed transfers to you upon final payment.
Can I visit the property before buying?
Absolutely, and we strongly encourage it. You can visit any property before purchasing. If you'd like to secure it first to prevent someone else from buying it, you can place a refundable deposit while you make arrangements to visit.
How does the charity donation work?
When you purchase land, you'll select a charity from our list (or name one of your own). A portion of your down payment proceeds is donated in your name to that organization. We send you confirmation once the donation is made.
Are the property titles clean?
Yes. We conduct thorough due diligence on every property before listing it. Each parcel has a clear title with no liens, back taxes, or encumbrances. A title commitment is available upon request.
